1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged nebo defective disposable vape from us, we offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please send us clear photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number.
Once your return is approved, you can send the product back to us. We will process a full refund or offer an exchange according to your preference. Return shipping costs will be covered by Vapecityeu if the issue is on our part.
2. Returns for Unwanted or Incorrect Orders
We understand that sometimes orders may be made in error or may no longer be needed. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- We do not accept returns for used or opened products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
